The team has taken time to understand our style and requirements before coming up with a plan. The team is also very understanding and patient with our requests to update the draft. In the final plan for execution. many small details have been considered which we were pleasantly surprised when saw them during execution. We have been very much enjoying our house after the completion of the project.”

Rachel got our style straight away, seeing that we wanted a stylish but practical home for a family with young children. And my goodness she delivered. Along with the PM team she works closely with Rachel’s designs have become a reality. At every stage of design, product ideas through to the finishing touches of plants and cushions her eye for detail is incredible. Communication is excellent and always happy to look for alternatives. “We wanted a major refurbishment of our house to include living room, hall, kitchen and utility room and didn't know how to start and what would add the most value to our property so that's why we contacted Val At No 19 From the offset Val spent a while getting to know us and what we thought would be a good idea, before showing us her proposals which to be honest we would never of thought of. The kitchen and utility was a major project including new outside doors, windows and moving interior walls to create a much lighter, roomier and vastly more modern room. For us the most impressive thing was the high standard and reliability of all the tradesmen Val recommended and organised and for a large project everything went like clockwork and was completed on schedule. All the tradesmen quotes were adhered to with no nasty surprises!!!! If you are thinking of a small or large refurbishment of your property we have no hesitation in recommending At No 19 for a totally professional and reliable service”
