The real estate agent and photographer were blown away with how much the staging improved the feel of the place. We noticed many small touches that match with the house and the way it flows. For example loved the side tables in one of the bedrooms with a brown/copper look top which matched with the brown aluminium trim of the wardrobe. It transformed what looked to be an unappealing wardrobe trim into an attractive look. The house had over fifty groups come through on the first home open with numerous offers coming in that exceeded our expectations. We have no doubt that the added value of the staging was a large contributor. We intend to use Perth Staging’s interior design and decoration service in our new house.”
