“My husband and I decided it was time to replace our old carpeting from 1993. Our problem is that my husband is now disabled and cannot move furniture. We got several bids to replace the carpeting but were unsure about getting all the furniture moved. I went to Johnny's and the office staff told me it was no problem that Johnny would come to the house and bid the carpet with all furniture moved by the installers. The office staff let me take home samples and called to see if I needed anything else they could help with.
Johnny came out to the house and gave us a bid with moving all the furniture and installing the new carpet in the whole house which is fairly large. When the carpet was ready to be installed it was just before Christmas and it was raining, so they were unable to place any of the furniture outside. So they moved the furniture from one room to the next installed the carpet, vacuumed and replaced the furniture to our needs. Once the house was done it looked beautiful the did a great install job. The installers are the best!! Also Johnny measured so closely that there were just a few small pieces left, no waste. We had them bind two pieces for us to use in high traffic areas, it is nice that they provide this service. In the future when I need more flooring work done I will be calling on Johnny and his office staff and installers.”
