Mike sent his team back out to refinish them again at no charge! Apparently there may have been a quality issue with that finish batch used.
Mike did everything he could to make sure we were satisfied. Great to see a company stand by their work!”

“We had a devastating fire in January 2018. Everything in the entire house was ruined from water and smoke damage. A couple months before the fire, Florz laid the flooring in my back family room. We were in love with it! Of course it was destroyed in the fire.
When working with our general contractor, he insisted on using his own flooring person. Let’s just say I should’ve never agreed to that. He was unprofessional and was not prepared. His unprofessionalism set us back weeks on moving into our house. I had to fire him on the spot and then figure out what I was going to do as we couldn’t move back in until the floors were complete.
Then came Florz to the rescue! I was on a time crunch and Ed the owner had us taken care of in under an hour. Not only that, but he beat that other contractors price. Their customer service is excellent and the quality of work can’t be matched. I would recommend them to anyone for all their flooring needs”
