“When we bought our new home, I was so disappointed in my wood floors. They were so dark and the color completely didn't go with my decor or cabinets. I didn't think anything could be done and I was beside myself. My builder and my husband both said they are 3/8:" wood floors and could not be sanded down. I thought there was nothing to be done. But then, somehow I heard of Kenny Nix...and I am so glad. He wasn't sure he could help me, but he knew how desparate I was. So, he took on the job of sanding down the floors, lightening them and putting new poly on. They look beautiful! My friends would now like to have their floor done. He was so professional, thorough and tidy. A pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend calling Kenny.”

“Simplified Flooring, LLC is my go to company for hardwood flooring. Pictures shown are for my most recent project. We installed bamboo floors and matching steps on interior staircase in mid-century modern remodel located in Savannah, GA. As you can see they came out beautifully. Simplified flooring also refinished the original yellow pine floors on a 1910 Victorian we remodeled in downtown Savannah. I can't say enough about them. Quality work and great communication.”

“We had employed Padgetts to remodel 2 bathrooms and will be using them again to do our third. They have tiled and added a farmhouse sink to our kitchen. Stephanie is patient and knowledgeable in the designing and selection of materials. Jason is thorough and detailed in carrying out the planned work. “Deep South Flooring We contacted them, they gave me a lot of confidence, they were kind, very responsible. I really liked that they had examples of some pieces of flooring to choose from the removed and thrown away of the old floor they bring the new floor and put it quickly and good job all included in the estimated price Thank you very much for your excellent work! “We stopped in at Specialty Flooring by chance since we were picking out new flooring but weren't happy with our builder's recommendation. Kevin (principal owner) was on the road but came right back to discuss our needs. We told him what we wanted in wood flooring and he gave us samples to look at in the light and was very accommodating and easy to work with. After we selected our floor there was an issue with part of the stock. He reordered and had his entire crew come out to finish the job in one day. We have since recommended him to others that are looking for wood flooring.”
