I’m not quite sure what your style is, but you definitely need to change that toilet! It is to old fashioned.And personally I would not like to sit on that.you could get rid of that shelf on top and move it from where it is now to just next to the shower curtain and just get a new toilet altogether? Or perhaps just get rid of the mat on top and make the toilet higher.
But whatever you choose to do don’t keep that shelf on top of the toilet!!
Then secondly you should change the shower and bath to just a shower! And maybe turn it into a shower with glass windows and a shower dome on top to prevent your paint from getting rewind.
