Kitchen
wet bar base with Bev fridge in center and tiny sink on the side leaving a nice open counter space. Could this go where my pantry is now?
Would it make sense to have storage on the long side of the island facing the LR and just have 2 stools on the short side opposite the drop zone?
cabinet above the range. big farm sink. bar stools.
what if I moved my fridge to the area left of the range and opened up that corner into the pantry. Then I could do a beverage station like this in the current pantry area. Deep storage below, countertop and floating shelves above will make it open.
I like the green and white combo. I could do a built-in on my drop zone that matches the door style but is a cabinet with some color... or even white oak if I do a beam and stained floating shelves beside my FP.
paper towel roll under cabinet. pendent lights (although I would want a different color/finish... I like the shape though.
shallow cabinet with door accessories for spices and jars. I can't see or reach this stuff in the back of my deep pantry shelves. A shallow cabinet like on the PR wall would be great.
color and also the built in around the windows. left built in with baskets. cabinet to ceiling. Mud tray under seat. Wood stain seat w/ cushion.
colors, island shelves, fridge and pantry panels
right of range - appliance garage for toaster. also like the open shelves and transition wall to LR
This is a better design than the spinning lazy susan I have now.
island countertop
Countertop, colors
No chain. Clear globe. Prefer black finish though.
narrow coat closet, short bench open below and shelves around the window. Plus, just 2 hooks on a piece of trim. Looks clean and fits in a small space like what I have in my drop zone.

Will I get a plan that includes lighting like this?
