“We have previous experience renovating several executive homes and condos for our personal use. We are therefore able to benchmark our expectations and a contractor's performance against those projects. We have very high expectations, those expectations were met and exceeded by Four Elements Construction. Key areas where Four Elements get's exceptional marks; Project budget and billing-pricing is competitive, billing is clear, change orders well documented...no surprises! Project timing and deadlines-finished on time with minimal items to complete Site safety and cleanliness-site protection was exceptional, trades were well supervised and have a history with Four Elements Staffing-polite, knowledgeable, good communication skills, easy to stay in touch with Quality of workmanship, deficiency resolution-exceptional....site supervisor caught most items and resolved, owner identified items were minimal. In Conclusion, trusted, reliable, capable. We would recommend Four Elements for renovations, big or small and new builds. They will be our first call for our projects. Ron & Maya”
