“We contracted Stacia to design and remodel our master bathroom. She was quick to come talk to me about the project, we discussed the things we wanted, she offered suggestions of what she thought would work well, and took measurements. Her turnaround time to quote the remodel and present her ideas was exceptional. Based on our short conversation and a few texts prior to showing us her design she came in strong with a design we loved. We spoke to another contractor to get a quote, but stopped the process with them after getting Stacia's design and price. We knew we found the right fit with Drab to Fab Decorating. She has her own crews who are licensed & bonded and she manages the entire process. Anything we needed, we just had to call or text and her response was often "I'm on it." She always was. Every single person in my house was respectful of my property. They covered everything to keep a dirty process as clean as possible and each day they cleaned up after themselves to leave as little of a mess as possible when you're in a remodel. I felt completely comfortable to go to work and leave them alone in the house. She gave us a timeline for the project and when something came up she was great about communicating an adjusted timeline (which was generally more about moving items around then delaying our project). Was everything perfect, of course not, it's construction. Things came up like an item being delivered damaged & needing to reorder. There were a few small things we asked the tiles guys to come back and do. The light fixture above the tub turned out to be a bit a of challenge, but because she knew that was one of the things I loved the most, she and her electrician Ruben and his crew (also amazing) spent an entire day working on it to make the fixture work. From spray painting new parts to rewiring it, it is up and it is beautiful! I imagine most people would have said let's return it and find something else. When I couldn't decide on light fixtures above the mirrors and my husband wanted different plumbing fixtures, she was helpful and patient with us offering suggestions and websites to look at. Bottom line, she was a pleasure to work with and so were her crews. She was invested in making her design come to life and more importantly making sure we loved it. I still sometimes walk into the bathroom and ask my husband "remember when our bathroom was ugly?" When we're ready to remodel the kitchen Drab To Fab Decorating is who we will be calling.”
