The planning permitting and designing process was very helpful with preparing us for how on-site work would look like. Once on-site work commenced, communication was sublime. At every given day we knew exactly what is going to happen and what milestone we are working on. Coral and his production team had the project done within 10 weeks, 2 weeks earlier than expected, without compromising on quality. Your team members have been extremely professional, helpful, and flexible in every possible ways to cater to our needs. The team Sockeye did an excellent job modernizing our old 1987 home to 2022!! Can't believe we got through not just one but two major remodel phases during the pandemic! You have an excellent group of team working like well-greased gears. We are glad Lew took care of us as the superintendent throughout all 3 phases. The PM team, both Reiko & Hayyan were prompt and easy to work with. Thomas, Francisco, and Eddie were just good at what they do, extremely efficient and attention to details. “Wow - just..... WOW. We went through a major remodel - kitchen, living room, new extended porch, added a gas fireplace, needed to move the stairs/entry. The quality of the work & the people at Potter Construction are top notch. The folks were open & honest & working with us every step of the way. On time, on quality, pretty much on budget. Sure, we had some snags & some changes along the way. Our water heater blew (old age) - Potter had folks out the next day to deal with it. After using some 10 different paint samples trying to decide on color - it just wasn't 'right'. We needed to change it - The Potter team made it happen & gave us advice/ high level cost info we needed to make a quick decision. Having the Potter team stress decision making & orders early kept us on track & kept the project moving steadily along. I never before dreamed I would have the lovely living spaces we now have. You want to work with these folks! Big shout out to our project team: Matt Moisan, Karl Coy & our onsite project manager & all around go-to guy, Jeff Paquette. (Project date is end of Project)”
