“5/5 Stars – Incredible Experience with Closet Factory and Naz! We recently built a new home and were looking to get custom closets installed. After consultations with California Closets and Closet World, we were left feeling unimpressed with both. Fortunately, we came across Closet Factory through Costco, and it was the best experience from start to finish! Naz was our consultant, and she was absolutely amazing—kind, professional, and genuinely enthusiastic. She designed the perfect master walk-in closet for us, as well as fantastic closets for both of my kids. When construction delays on our house forced us to reschedule our original installation date, we were told the next available slot was two months out. I was so disappointed, but Naz went above and beyond to advocate for us and managed to get our closets installed right before our move-in date! Moving into a new house with fully organized closets already set up made a world of difference. I highly recommend Closet Factory, and if you can, make sure to request Naz!”

“VKB Kitchen & Bath just completed the third bathroom renovation in our home, and once again, the experience was outstanding thanks to the incredible team. Brian assisted us with the design phase. He was thoughtful and patient, carefully listening to our ideas and helping us refine our vision into something both beautiful and practical. Will served as the project manager for our first two bathroom renovations. He was highly professional—always responsive, organized, and kept us well informed throughout each stage of the process. For the most recent project, Vahid stepped in as project manager. He maintained the same high standard of communication, promptly addressing all our questions and concerns. Both Will and Vahid were stellar in their roles. The standout contributor across all three projects, however, was Marcos. His craftsmanship is exceptional. After witnessing the quality of his work on the first two bathrooms, we specifically requested him for the third—and he did not disappoint. Marcos has an incredible eye for detail and the rare ability to bring a vision to life with precision and artistry. He transformed our ideas into a finished space that exceeded our expectations. The crew's professionalism and attention to detail in every aspect of the construction were unparalleled. Thanks to their collective efforts, we now have three bathrooms that are not only beautiful and functional but also adds significant value to our home. We are beyond pleased with the results and deeply appreciate the efforts of the entire VKB team—Marcos, Vahid, Will, and Brian.”

“We highly recommend Rick for a kitchen remodel. We have a complicated kitchen footprint; Rick handled all the weird angles and made everything fit and now the space works so much better. His contract spelled everything out and he finished on schedule and on budget. He's easy to work with and keeps the communication open so you know exactly what's going on and what to expect next. Quality cabinets and professional installation. His flooring, plumbing, countertop, tile, and drywall subs did excellent work, too. We definitely made the right choice.”
