“New Kitchen from Higham Furniture. We cannot recommend Tim, Ed, John and the whole team highly enough. During the initial design Zoom calls Tim and Ed always provided the right balance of giving us what we wanted whilst still providing enough push back, advice and guidance where needed. They are very knowledgable about their product and were able to deliver several bespoke elements in our kitchen that one or two perhaps better known competitors were unable to cope with. They are also completely on top of all the IT. Not only do they produce detailed computer generated designs but all the online meetings worked seamlessly which is essential these days. That said, visiting the workshop (lock-down allowing) is a good idea when making final decisions and Tim’s guidance here was excellent. When it came to installation, the waiting time was in line or better than other companies and it was delivered when they said it would be. Higham communicates clearly throughout which is a breath of fresh air. If you have wider renovation work being done they provide in-depth plans for other other electricians, plumbers etc which is very helpful. Installation itself was completed to a very high quality. We particularly liked the fact they have a final visit a few weeks later to make any paint touch ups and adjustments required after the wooden cabinetry has settled. This is typical of their high attention to detail throughout the whole process. Overall, in our experience, it is rare for any company to offer such an exemplary service as they have from start to finish. If you are looking for a high quality kitchen with service to match Higham are a gem vs other competitors you may find in House & Interior design magazines.”
