Danke für die Antwort :) Ja wir überlegen grade wie das funktionieren könnte - haben aber noch keine Lampen gefunden die uns so richtig zusagen und auch ein bisschen Zeitdruck :D . Ab Freitag wird die Decke runtergerissen und ich bin derzeit am ausräumen, (totales Chaos - deshalb noch keine Fotos). Das mit der Schiene über die gesamte Breite wäre eine Idee - so sind da jetzt eben in einer Reihe die Spots. Im Zweifelsfall kann man immer noch ein Stück Decke rausmachen und dann neue Kabel ziehen meinte mein Mann für den Fall, dass wir jetzt nichts finden. Nein. Die Loggia ist unter dem neuen Schlafzimmer (das ist etwas zurückgesetzt). Die Küche (1.87 m breit - 4.35m lang) ist direkt über der unteren jetzigen Küche und Küchenwand endet mit dem Trägerbalken (ein kleiner Abstellraum geht noch etwas weiter hinten in den Stauraum (oben im Grundriss die kleine Nische), da sind auch noch Heizungsanschlüsse und Rohre). Das Büro verläuft über der Ankleide und dem Schlafzimmer. Der Wohnraum oben ist auf der Straßenseite etwas zurückgesetzt (also dort wo die Dachfenster sind). Unten ist da praktisch nur eine Fensterfront. Hinter dem Wohnraum zur Straße hin ist ein Kriechgang (da wo unten die Loggia ist) und hinter der Küche (über dem unteren Esszimmer) ist ein Stauraum, der in den Kriechgang führt und in den man aufgrund der Lage nicht stehend laufen kann. Auf der Seite lässt sich auch nichts am Dach und Wänden ändern. Wir haben überlegt, die hinteren Aussenwände (Bad und neues Büro) erhöhen zu lassen, so dass es hinten fast ein Flachdach wird und diese jetzt ungenutzten Stauräume zum Wohnraum hinzuzunehmen. Da dann die Küche und Bad tauschen, da könnte dann ein größerer Essplatz integriert werden. Von Bauamt Seite her kein Problem - aber eben auch eine Budgetfrage und eine andere Baustelle. Wenn die therme wegkommt, könnte da aber jetzt auch eine kleine Sitzecke (z.B. die Tafel) an die Wand aber eben auch nichts wo man sich groß aufhält. Die Wohnung ist einfach schwierig

And lastly: Consider adding colour to the kitchen to make it feel more warm and inviting. Some budget-friendly options would be to add a backsplash or paint the walls in the kitchen, which would help define this space and bring in personality. Adding in some form of colour in the kitchen will help bring in the warmth you are missing and develop a sense of dimension so that it doesn't look so "flat".
