“My husband and I were incredibly lucky to have come across Debbie when we were looking for someone to work with on decorating our new Capitol Hill row home. Having purchased a well kept, but historical home we really wanted to stay true to the character while making it feel younger, functional, and (most importantly) a place we could raise our impending family. Debbie met and exceeded all of my expectations of what working with a designer would be like! She understood immediately that the originality of the house was important to us and quickly picked up on and helped us better identify our tastes and where the two could meet. COVID resulted in longer time frames for getting in the pieces we ordered and we ended up having to work around the birth of our first child in November perhaps more than anticipated (not her fault at all), but she was so caring and thoughtful about our schedule, what we needed, and made it as low stress as possible. I am now even more excited for COVID to end so we can show off all of Debbie's work (and the future work that we keep adding to her plate)!
