“We hired Bret to complete several projects around our house. The biggest two projects included almost completely re-doing the exterior and a total gut and renovation of the master bathroom. Bret was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He was able to identify problem areas that we didn't even realize needed repair, and Bret was very cost-conscious when he chose his building materials. Bret was always available to answer questions, had great ideas for our project, and incorporated our ideas and wishes into the design. We felt like we were in great hands from the beginning. If we still lived in the area we would definitely use Bret Franks Construction again.”

“Rae Callaway is an excellent interior designer and is known through local, state, and ;national publications. She designed and oversaw construction of our new home in 2007 after taking five years to design the project. The details of the design were above and beyond as she literally put walls up around my special things using templates, etc. to guarantee exactness! There were even wall reinforcements where necessary to later hang heavy and difficult wall accessories, special lighting, etc...The custom cabinetry throughout the house is meticulously designed to accomodate detailed measurements for cookware, sewing equipment, etc. The completed project resulted in recognition for Ms. Callaway beyond what she could imagine and was more than well deserved!!!”
