“I am writing this review after our phase two renovations with Sea Pointe. This company is incredible. They were polished, professional, and always delivered exactly what they promised. Our first phase was a bathroom and fourth bedroom creation out of our loft. During the planning phase, they took all the precautions to ensure our three boys under 8 were safe and our life was minimally disrupted. We even added flooring replacement to their tasks for this phase and they still delivered with only a week extension for our own change order. The second phase we had our master bath and stair railing with some accessory work in our house to match the beautiful work they had already done (hall cabinet, fans and can lights in our other boys rooms). They were on time and sent updates every week on how the work would be completed, same as the first phase. At the end, my husband and I both feel like we live in a hotel and every penny we spent was worth it. To our designer, Mike. Thank you so much for listening and making our wildest dreams come true. We felt so heard and supported the entire way. Johnny, our project manager, thank you for always keeping us in the loop and giving us zero stress during a renovation that spanned from May 2025 to now, May 2026. Your attention to detail and organization made this such a smooth experience. To all the incredible craftsman that made our 1970s home a hotel: Lincoln, Zack, Luissin, Jorge, Antonio, Cristian. Thank you so much for the ways you showed up every day seen and unseen and made our dreams a reality. We will 100% be contacting you all when we are ready for a kitchen. “David is a consummate professional. He proved this everyday through his interactions with me since 2006. An important characteristic of any service provider is their ability to successfully handle a situation that has been thrown off by miscommunications & misunderstandings. Anyone can appear as a knowledgeable, skilled professional when there are no misinterpretations, no problems and fast completion. How often does that happen? Rarely if ever. The real world is filled with imperfect people that make mistakes, have misunderstandings and have to resolve problems … I am one of those people. However the true test of a professional comes when problems arise and issues must be resolved to get a project back on track toward completion. What do “they” do under these circumstances? I can tell you that David will work with you in a fair and compassionate manner to get your project completed. He is honest and straight forward and seeks to achieve a “win-win” outcome for you as well as himself… you cannot in all fairness ask for more than that from anyone. “This is a long overdue review. We had interviewed 10 architects and I can say that I couldn’t have found a better architect than Mehran. He is extremely knowledgeable, understanding, and responsive. He listened to our preferences and helped us to make the best decisions. He gave suggestions on most economical options, without compromising on the design. He and his wife, Ladan, were very patient with several iterations of the design. His designs are so detail oriented that one will get permits very fast without much comments from the city. He also recommended a professional general contractor (Rise Construction) who did high quality work within record time (2 months ahead of the completion date). I have recommended Mehran in the past and would definitely continue doing so.”
