“The Finecraft team (Miriam, Diego, Felix, and Francesca) helped us fix many issues relating to our St. Pete home that we purchased in 2023. The home is a beautiful four-story brownstone. However, the home had some significant hidden issues. There was mold in the ceilings and walls on three of the floors which had to be remedied followed by much reconstruction work. The top floor had experienced some leaks over the years without being properly fixed. A number of walls needed to be repaired and replaced, as well as wooded cabinets and a bar. The FineCraft team saved as much as they could, and then perfectly matched the replacement material (and they also replaced the ice machine). In addition, the top balcony doors were not properly secured, and with the most recent significant hurricane, the entire floor on the fourth floor and the ceiling and walls of the main bedroom underneath had to be replaced. Major work was needed over the course of many months. The home is now in great shape, and we are now having big family events over the coming holidays. The FineCraft team made this possible. “We absolutely love our “new” house and highly recommend Sun Design for your renovation needs. We evaluated three companies and even though Sun Design was the most expensive, they stood out as a company providing quality results and great customer service. Sun Design did a major renovation that included a redesign of the entire main floor of our house, including our kitchen, foyer, laundry room/mudroom, and home office. They also renovated two upstairs bathrooms. Our project lasted 16 weeks and because we were living in our house throughout, Sun Design coordinated all work to make our house as livable as possible. Not only does our house look great but more importantly, it’s a more functional home, turning unused spaces to useful ones. Working with Roger, Maggie, Nicolette, J.R. and Sean was a great experience. They were very good listeners, heard what we wanted and transformed our house into a place we love being in.
